You can either ask directly under a specific product or contact our customer service.
If you are interested in when the size that is not currently available will be in stock, please use the "Notify me" feature. Just click on the unavailable size and enter your email address. In case there is stock, the system will send you a notification that the size is available again.
Our system changes prices every day according to the market, so it can happen that the price changes between days. We do not adjust the price later, the one on the website on the day of the order applies.
Pre-order can only be made if we list this option directly on the website for the product.
If you want to exchange the goods, please make a new order and ship us the product you wish to return. We do not exchange goods, we always return money.
The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn and in the original packaging, with the original tags. Products which show signs of use will be returned to the customer.

You can write or call our customer service, who will be happy to advise you, or try our "shoe finder", which will help you choose a shoe just for you in a few steps.
