Powder concentrate for quick preparation of a regenerative drink, which is recommended immediately after recovery for recovery of the exhausted organism.

PENCO® Restart Drink includes:

•     Energy - complex (high glycemic index monosaccharides and polysaccharides, GI)
•     Amino - complex (an instant blend of free branched amino acids BCAA, L - glutamine and beta - alanine)
•     Antioxidant complex (vitamins C and E and trace elements of zinc, manganese, selenium), which contribute to the  protection of cells from oxidative stress
•     Magnesium, which is important for electrolyte balance and normal muscle and nerve activity
•     Vitamin C, which helps maintain the normal function of the immune system and reduces fatigue and exhaustion

Intense physical stress without effective regeneration can cause overloading of the body, associated with loss of performance, exhaustion and fatigue. For the complete regeneration of the body after a challenging sport performance, the 3 phases are key; renewing the energy reserves "refuel" phase, replenishing the fluids "rehydrate" phase and resting "rest".
PENCO® Restart Drink will provide a "refuel" and "rehydrate" phase. In the "refuel" phase, it will give the exhausted organism a special blend of carbohydrates with high glycemic index (GI), the so-called Energy-complex. In the "rehydrate" phase, it will supply the body with water and missing minerals; sodium, potassium and magnesium, which helps maintain electrolyte balance and normal muscle function and nervous system.

For effective regeneration it is important not only the composition of the regenerating drink, but also its proper timing and immediately after the exercise, preferably within 15 minutes. The first 2 hours after exercise, the glycogen is stored the fastest. In this window for "anabolic window" regeneration it is therefore necessary to provide enough suitable energy fuel to restore muscle glycogen. The muscles are so ready to give maximum performance in the next physical exercise.

Another active ingredient of PENCO® Restart Drink is an amino complex consisting of a mixture of free branched amino acids BCAA at an optimal physiological ratio of 2: 1: 1. The unique form of BCAA blend is unique, which allows rapid preparation of the regeneration drink. BCAAs, unlike other amino acids, are metabolized directly in the muscles, serve to build muscle tissue and act as an energy substrate. Each dose of Penco Restart Drink contains 2,000 mg of BCAA, 1,000 mg of L-glutamine and 250 mg of beta-alanine, which, according to the latest test results, helps reduce muscle fatigue and exhaustion.

Antioxidant complex, vitamins C and E, zinc, manganese and selenium contribute to protecting cells from the danger of oxidative stress, the risk of which increases with the intensity of physical stress. High vitamin C content is also important for maintaining normal immune system functions and for relieving fatigue and exhaustion.

COMPOSITION: maltodextrins, glucose, sucrose, fructose, instant blend of free branched amino acids BCAA (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine 2: 1: 1), L-glutamine, acidity regulator: citric acid, alanine, flavor, L-ascorbic acid, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, vitamin premix (see table), β carotene (orange flavoring only), potassium citrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, DL- zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, sodium selenite.
PREPARATION AND USE: 2 towed measuring cups (approx. 50g) of powder are mixed in 500ml of water, free BCAAs are completely dissolved within a few minutes. For less stress and for children from 12 years old, 1 scoop (about 25g) is mixed in 250 ml of water. Drink immediately after the load, preferably within 15 minutes. Use according to a personal diet plan in a quantity proportional to the current body load. Follow the above procedure to achieve the desired effects.
