The U-shaped RAPIDAGILITY soleplate gives great toe-off propulsion without losing traction, and five changeable spike pins offer excellent traction suitable for middle-distance running (from 800 metres through to 10 kilometres) and steeplechase events. A full-length EVA midsole combined with an EverTrack heel piece provide lightweight stable cushioning and durability where you need it most.
