Gel DS Trainer
"The Gel DS Trainer is one of my favorites because it is super light and still offers stability. I mainly use it for fast tempo runs on the track when I don't want to put on my spikes yet. I also use it for jumping because it is super light but has a stable sole.”
"The Dynaflyte is definitely my choice when I travel and there is only space for one running shoe in my suitcase. It is simply a super all-rounder. I run it in the forest, on the road, also when warming up on the track and during coordination exercises".
"The HyperLD is my spike for training sessions. It is light and stable but at the same time has midsole cushioning. This makes it much more gentle and soft than most racing spikes, which are very direct. So I mainly use it for sessions on the track when I have a lot of pace runs or do longer pace runs, like for me 500m or 600m runs.
