In line with prototypes, the brand new model is snow white. And we exclusively had the opportunity to put the new shoe through its paces before its release. Long story short: once you''ve worn the shoe, you won''t want to put on your old pair of running shoes again.

For a test run, we met up with Olympian Benjamin Robert in Paris. He is a four-time French 800m champion and Nike athlete. He tested and evaluated the new Nike Air Zoom Alphafly NEXT%  2 with us. 

   

So, what's the hype about?

As with its predecessor, the Nike Air Zoom Alphafly NEXT% 2 has a thick yet lightweight outsole. This gives you the optimal combination of comfort and speed.

BOUNCE TO THE BEAT - Zoom Air units and full-length ZoomX foam deliver Nike’s highest energy return cushioning system, adding more bounce to every step. A thin rubber outsole enhances traction and allows for more ZoomX under the Zoom Air cushioning. The additional foam not only adds more bounce but also helps improve the transition from heel to forefoot.
