The 2019 running season is coming! Start it together with Top4Running and Nike in Berlin!

The starting line is the same for everybody. At the beginning, you’ll receive a detailed training plan from @runningpower (Dr. Paul Schmidt-Hellinger), and how you use it to improve is entirely up to you.

The Berlin route just begs you to break your personal best, especially with the new Nike Vaporfly 4% Flyknit on your feet. And that’s something worth getting up and running for right now, don’t you think?

3) Target time: below 2:00, Pace: 5:40 or faster

4) Target time: below 1:45, Pace: 4:59 or faster
