How to choose the right size?

Step 1: Measure yourself

Measure the circumference of the head with a tape measure. Wrap it around your head where the cap will be fitted (about 2-3 cm above the eyebrows).

Step 2: Find your size (cm number = insole length)

Find your size in the following chart. If you are on the borderline between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter, or the larger for a looser fit.
