How to choose the right size?
Step 1: Measure yourself
A - Waist circumference
Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
B - Hips circumference
Measure the circumference of the hips at the widest point. Hold the measuring tape horizontally.
C - Inner leg lenght
The inner length of the bottoms corresponds to the length of your leg. Measure the length from the top of the inner leg to the bottom of the leg.
D - Inseam
Inseam refers to the length of the garment, from the crotch seam to the hem.
E - Body height
Take off your shoes, stand up straight and measure straight down from the top of your head to the floor.
Step 2: Find your size (cm number = insole length)
Find your size using the following chart. If some of your measurements are on the borderline between two sizes, choose the smaller size if you prefer tighter fit or the larger for looser fit. If your chest and hips measurements fall into two different suggested sizes, choose the one matching your chest measurement for tops, and the one matching your waist measurement for bottoms.
