How to choose the right insole?

When it comes to insoles the size, but also the shape of the foot are important. Experts from CURREX advise how to do it - do an individual test directly on yourself! Each insert is available in three different profiles:

HIGH, MED, LOW

They mainly differ in their height, respectively in their adaptability to the arch of the foot, and also in their strength. The shape of the foot (hollow foot, flat foot, etc.) and the axis of the foot determine which insole profile will suit you best and optimize your movement.
