- Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) – 1,620 mg
- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) – 1,080 mg

Ingredients: Omega-3 fish oil, gelatin, glycerol, water, orange oil.

Allergens: Fish oil

Dosage: Take two to three (2 – 3) capsules daily. Take with meals and drink plenty of water.

Usage: Can be taken at any time of the day, but absorption is best when consumed with dietary fats. Morning and evening meals facilitate this process and ensure consistency.
